Geotechnical Department performs:

All the standard tests needed for geotechnical and environmental works, and

Multidiscipline investigations and turnkey solutions of geotechnical and environmental issues

Subjects of our works: All the geotechnical applications and the most of typical environmental applications.

Subjects for geotechnical works:

All the geo-engineering and geotechnical applications –  constructions, foundations of and soil beneath

  • small and large dwellings

  • industrial buildings 

  • open pits

  • highways,

  • sea port constructions,

  • water storages,

  • bridges,

  • tunnels,

  • etc. etc

Subjects for environmental works:

Certified Geotechnical laboratory

Standard: CPT test

Director of Department.

Affiliation: Israel Society of Civil Engineers and Geotechnicians

Soil and Rock department has the most universal and encyclopedic personnel in Israel for multidiscipline studies of earth.

The personnel is capable to state and solve wide range of  modern geotechnical and geo-environmental problems.

The backbone of the Department includes 5 PhDs and 20 MSCs graduated from universities of  the former USSR, Bulgaria, USA, and Israel. Specialties: •Geotechniques, •Civil engineering, •Geology, •Geophysics, •Geochemistry, •Ecology, •Physics, •Mathematics

Principal and leading specialists of the Department published more than 240 scientific articles, 29 inventions, and 12 monographs.
